Cosmic Father - Spirituality as Relationship

The last few days have been quite busy so I haven't had much of a chance to do anything on the blog. However I can announce that my friend, Rollan McCleary, has just released a book this week. It's called Cosmic Father - Spirituality as Relationship. Here's a little bit about the book from the publisher's site:

This book addresses arguably the major blind-spot in contemporary spirituality and historic Christianity. God is scarcely experienced or described as personal unless as Jesus the divine Son devotion to whom can often finish by obscuring rather than revealing God as Creator and Father. Western mysticism has mostly sought Godhead beyond God, while modern theology wary of images often avoids the word "Father". But what if knowledge of the Creator and what was once called "Fellowship with the Father" is the main point of all religion? Some unexpected experiences and realizations cause the author to re-examine the whole Christian and mystical tradition to arrive at some surprising and prophetic perspectives for our times.

Rollan has also given more details about the book, including a chapter listing, on his blog here. And if you are interested, you can buy it here at Amazon.com.
